So is that one of the special bonuses about the area, that you can get de-leveled? Nowhere else on the server does that happen.

I just logged in, not only was I the only player, the NPCs were gone. The mysty was empty, and all of N cear was empty. Mae and her cat were in her shop but that was it, no guards nothin. I didn't' transition elsewhere to see how far the vast empty went.

I don't think MOtB will hurt, It might help and I would experiment with the new stuff. All for the idea here, so yes.
