Chaos reigned as explosions rocked the ground, blood and bodies staining the once green grass red. The warriors from Ravenswatch pushing ever closer to the Canite encampment as the Orc defense becomes ever more desperate.
Arrows, boulders, magic and blades sing through the air as they impact their targets. Canite catapults fire their deadly ordinance, Orcs use magic, blade and arrow to fight back as they struggle to keep their encampment and their masters scheme alive.
Amidst the battlefield stands a small figure, covered in black and red plate of her patron, shield and sword in hand. Darting between explosions from skirmish to skirmish she tends to the wounds of her companions. A healing touch here, a prayer there she does her best to keep everyone strong.
Through the smoke she spots him; Korr, being overwhelmed and falling too the weapons of his enemies. Dashing under a swarm of magical missiles and deflecting the blow of an Orc weapon with her shield she rushes to his aid a prayer already moving through her lips. Sliding to a quick stop she closes her eyes and lets her healing skills take over quickly reviving and sealing the half-orcs wounds.
She stands, opening her eyes and moves off to the next injured patient. As she moves across the open ground, a roar fills the air. Turning her head skywards, she spots the massive black shape as it swoops down to add to the carnage. The world seems to slow as the massive dragon swoops in, her eyes go wide as it gets ever closer.
NOO!!
Selchis bolts up with a start, sweat drenched and breathing hard. Her eyes dart about before she realizes she is still in her room and bed. She brings her shaking hands together and lays back down. Rubbing her face she lets out a sigh.
Third time tonight and the same dream over and over. I cant keep this up..
With another sigh she rests, staring at the ceiling countless thoughts running through her head until she finally doses off, only to return to the oh so familiar dream…

Re: First Fights Dream
Part two
“Are you doing alright?” Celestia asks.
She responds. “Tired but okay.”
“Sleeping a bit better?”
“Not really. I still have the dreams.”
Celestia frowns. “Dreams.. can be confronted in a way in the temple near by.”
“I wish I know why I kept dreaming about it.”
Celestia thinks for a moment. “What would you say to a visit to the temple?” She looks off to her right.
“Okay. I guess it couldn’t hurt.”
Celestia nods in agreement as Selchis fidgets nervously with her hair.
“They say confronting your dreams and fears.. helps to over come them.”
“ Y-Yea.. That’s what I’m afraid of..”
“No fear, remember?” Celestia smiles over to her.
“Easy for you to say..” Selchis bites her lip.
Celestia looks over to Fiona and gives Selchis a light push in her direction.
High Priestess Fiona smiles gently. “Good evening.”
.............
Celestia and Selchis lay back on the fluffy pillows as High Priestess Fiona begins her chanting.
“Nuarari is with us…”
Eyelids droop and vision becomes hazy as the nature of the temple begins to take its toll on the two young women.

Part Three
The mist moves in intricate patterns and a low heartbeat like sound is barely heard in the background.
“Oh my.” Celestia’s gaze travels around as Selchis stands almost dumbfounded blinking several times.
“Do you.. hear that?”
“Yeah..”
Celestia’s eyes spot a large creature nearby. “Oyy!” Selchis pales considerably upon spotting what Celestia has pointed out.
“Who disturbes me!” The massive dragon rumbles out.
“Selchis.. is that the dragons? From your dreams?”
Selchis manages a nod of confirmation, wide eyed as the dragon fixes its gaze upon her.
“The youngling..” The dragon grins and shows its sharp fangs as Selchis takes a step back in panic.
“I-I c-c-cant…”
“Selchis.. Have faith.”
The dragon lets out a laugh that shakes the ground. “Foolish humans. She is too weak.”
Celestia gives Selchis a light touch which gives off a glow. “Believe in yourself. Restrain the chains that bind you.”
“B-But.. L-Look at it..” She shakes, teary eyed.
“Take your sword.. your conviction, your hopes and dreams!”
“O-Okay..” She slowly draws her sword, nearly dropping it in her fright.
“Believe in what you can do. Believe that you are an instrument of change and bring peace to yourself and others. Prepare yourself. Believe.”
Selchis closes her eyes and mutters to herself over and over. “I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.”
“Come to me then!” The dragon roars out.
She takes a deep breath and calms herself before she begins chanting out short divine spells to protect themselves and guide their blows.
“She is not yours to play with Coloth!”
The dragon lets out a laugh before it lets loose with a mouthful of acid. “You are all mine!”
“No more! Leave me alone!” She dodges the flow of acid and swings wildly at the dragon.
“I belong to Ereshkigal! I serve the lady of death. You cannot have me!”
As Celestia strikes the final blow the dragon vanishes into the fog without a trace.
Selchis stands, exhausted, yet determined look covers her face as she grips her sword tightly.
“I-I will not be a pawn to your games. Ereshkigal is my goddess and I server her. Now until eternity ends I shall be hers. Find another to toy with!”
A dark voice fills the air around them. “You win this round. But the war is not over.”
Selchis looks to Celestia. “Thank you.” A soft glow emits from her hand as she whispers the words and lightly touches Celestia’s shoulder, healing all of her wounds.
“It was you who had to believe, I just gave you the push.” Celestia smiles with bright eyes twinkling. “Lets go home, ya?”
“Yeah.” Selchis replies with a nod as the High Priestesses faint chanting begins in the background and grows stronger, drawing them back to reality.
