language button missing

as subject says that button is now missing form UI ... :(

There has been a change in the way languages work, we no longer use DMFI languages; you get languages as feats now.

yes i know but according the problem that you cannot swap languages when polymorphed you ( i suppose ) added a button under the modal bar some times ago that opened a window where was possible to change the language even when polymorphed but now that button suddently disappeared
