I am currently browsing the internet on my Wii. I posted this message with my Wii.

This is bizarre.

When you have friends over, hitting up YouTube on the Wii can be a lot of fun.

How do you get on the internet? I still can't figure it out.

I don't own a Wii, but I think it has a wireless NIC. You need a wireless router.

Yep.

Once you have the router, you download an internet channel for free. There is alot you can't do with it, say for instance sites that require Flash, etc. It reminds me of Web TV.

Wii is nice. I have one too.

There are two ways to get your Wii into the inter Webz:
- Using WLAN
- Connecting with a cable to your comp and using that line. For that, you need usb-adapter for Wii.

A woman went into a bar and asked the barman for a double entandre.

So he gave her one.

The Nintendo DS also has a browser, just came out a week or so ago. Nothing Nintendo isn't doing right at the moment, and yes I'm gloating.

Except for the part where they're not releasing games.

I just read an article somewhere that says Nintendo was allowing independent game-makers to create games for ther Wii.

Maybe we'll get some new titles soon. Maybe some of them will be brilliant, even if they come from companies without box-moving reputations.
