21 here. Drinking is alright in the right circumstances.

Just remember - 2 and a half liters of beer drunk quickly is too much; even in Germany, even if you are a quarter German. Was sick for about 15 minutes after I got back to the hotel.

Personally I'm a fan of red wines and rum anyways.

P.S. - Avoided the whole hangover thing so far thank god.
