The Prestige - took me a while to see this, but how sweet? |---------this sweet--------|
The Queen - got harrased into watchin it by the missus, bah, but surprisingly alright. I hate the royals and especially that muppet Diana, and I thought it would just be a kissy kissy Queen of farts nonsense, but wasn't.
The 9th Gate - excellent. Depp does it again.

and.... a reason for the rest of the world to celebrate 4th July.... Transformers the Movie! wheeeeeeee (ok, so technically off topic, but what the hell)
I don't feel any shame, I won't apologise

I'm with Mule. Anyone who hasn't seen The Prestige should do so. It's about time Hollywood put out something remotely intelligent and this is fairly close to that. It definitely keeps you guessing. Christian Bale was also first class in it too.
It's just a game...

Watching The Prestige tonight. Looking forward!

Recently saw "MirrorMask" wich was a very interesting, quirky sort of film. It was different and I quite enjoyed it.

"Spiderman 3" which was... uh. Good-looking movie, cool action scenes, horrible script.

Anyone who hasn't seen Hot Fuzz should go do so, it's hilarious, though like most moveis these days could have stood to been about a half hour shorter.

Spiderman 3 was ok. By far the worst of the 3. I think they just tried to do too much with it. Sandman while cool looking added absolutely nothing to the movie. The blacks suit/venom and Green Goblin would have been more than enough.
I'm always right. I'm also a jerk. It's not my fault you can't get over the latter to see the former.

Hurray for Me!

Transformers! wooooo. I waited 20 years and wasn't disappointed. sure some things could have been done different, but meh, they did a good job.

Pulse - not bad for a horror. bit rubbish ending.
Scent of a woman - man what a good film. Pacino on rocking form.
Don't say a Word - good
Its all gone Pete Tong - hahahaha excellent

The prestige was pretty good, I saw it ages ago, but I can't beleive you said how excellent it was without mention Sir Michael Cain, for those of you who are ignorant enough to not to know him Watch the Italian Job.

Hot Fuzz = Another English masterpeace

I still am yet to see Pirates of Captin Jack Sparrow 3

Sorry boys and girls but I grew up I don't care about Spiderman 3 or Transformers, Although I will probably end up seeing Transformers as my friend are excited like children about it.

Unlucky mate, you're missing a brilliant childlike experience of excitement.
I grew up too - got a mortgage and a job and responsibility and a load of other shite that takes me away from fun, I'd hate to miss these little sojourns into the past *toysRus kid for life*.
I agree though that Spiderman is nothing to get excited about, so my double standards win the day again! hazah!

Transformers just plain fun. Seeing these giant robots from your childhood beating the living crap out of each other in a city was fantastic. Yea the plot was poor, but who watches Transformers for the plot!?

Me and my fiancé were just watching Quentin Tarantino's Death Proof.

I really liked it a lot. It's rated here as a Horror movie, but it's more like a very traditional speedingmovie (is that right term for carmovie?).

Now I can't wait 'till Rodriguez's Planet Terror hits the theaters. Unlike you redneck yankees (yes, I'm very bitter for this, and that's why insulting whole population of U. S and A!! * ) we don't have Grindhouse tradition here, and I need to wait whole month to see another part of the story, even tho I know they aren't related in anyway.

* Just kidding, ;)

Transformers.

The movie was a lot of fun. I really enjoyed it, but I'm not so sure it's appropriate for the same audience for which most of the toys are marketted.

I loved it.

Diehard 3 was not horrible, surprisingly. Somehow only paid three buck for the noon screening. Worth every penny.
