ORC CAVE ( very fast treasure respawn/ no enemy respawn)

The shamans don't have any quest related items on them, so I don't really see why this is an issue unless I misunderstood you.

Also, they're tied in with the rest of the encounters. Sometime they spawn, sometime they don't, they're not set to always spawn. You either get some, or you don't.

The important bit here is whether or not the guys with the required quest items respawn.

Well we couldn't find a second key anywhere and thought it was on one of the guys that didn't spawn.

The spawns are working fine. I'll test it again tomorrow too just to make sure. Again.
