A large group of 'Lings were shouting about HUM VEE murdering one of their members. Since the allegedly slain 'Ling was among those shouting he either A) was not killed or B) did not obey the server rules and vacate the area after collecting his corpse bag. For these reasons I chose not to prosecute HUM VEE. I may prosecute him for having a name in all caps.
At some point in the convesation which followed ( a good 20 minutes of listening to 'Ling diatribe) spells were cast at the Redboots present. Niles and Nobby ran, the Redboots pursued.

What followed was very nearly the most embarassing Redboot adventure to date. We spent 15-30 minutes chasing Niles around and around the Seaside District. He proved very hard to catch. Other 'lings were casting spells at us during this time, as well as shouting obsceneties. I didn't get many details down, I was in hot pursuit. (Please feel free to cadd any relevant details in reply) I did request divine intervention at one point, but GM Joker was laughing too hard to help.
Eventually we killed Niles (I had tagged him immediately) and he went to jail. For assaulting Redboot Guardsmen. I then found out we were only attacked with "Web" and "Blidness/Deafness" No harm was done to Guardsmen until we started attacking 'Lings. Guardsmal Kaarl was good enough to shout an apology from the rock. A duty I had intended for myself, but I was communicating with other members of the Halfling community.
'Ling/Redboot relations seem to be stable at the moment.

What an insolent son of a donkey, honestly. I'd hit him in the face with a mullet even if he was my best friend. That guy ticks me off. If the DM's are like that, imagine the players. Wow.
