A guardsman walks his beat near the buck inn. he always gets this post, and dos very well with all the bribes from the Kalem.
as he turns a corner, somthing bites his right calf.....he falls with a yelp....as he hits the ground a blade takes his neck...then pushes through the spine and removes the head...the body jerks and bleeds out all over the cobblestones...and there is no more movment in the street....just a headless guard that made a good living taking bribesfrom the kalem.

Re: A Message for the Fox
Rhode watches the flies buzz around the head. The gore had long since dried on the pole leaving a sticky smelly mess coating the top portion. This apparently was very appetizing to the flies and many landed and crawled along the pole and in through the hollow of the mouth and nose.
The hair on the back of Rhodes neck twitched and her turned slowly to gaze into the shadowed alleys nearby. Clustered near the entrance was a small group of Kalem thieves and he could feel their eyes watching him.
With a shrug of his shoulders he boldly walked straight toward them; A maniacal grin crossing his face as he approached.
As he got closer he could see that several had drawn weapons and a few had attempted to hide farther back in the alley.
He stopped within a few feet of the entrance where he exchanged stares and glances with them. "Tain't my work." He stated flatly before turning and heading off down the roadway.
"Buts it coulda been." he murmured.

Re: A Message for the Fox
after the head had been removed from the front of the inn, and most of the crowd and dispersed,The last of the rouges were dispersing.....now everyone wants to see the sight of the head, and one rouge was no difrence, standing there alone
in the twilight hours,he suddenly got a feeling along the back of his neck...Looking around but seeing nothing....knowing there is danger about he starts to move.......
