Id like to make a request. Can you fill in more information on the gods, particularly the forbidden gods, unless this is supposed to be an imperial document.
For example, all I know about Rel is that he is the god of blinding light and that it is not legal to worship him. Id like to know what his philosophy is, and in particular what kind of people would worship him and why. What does Rel want of the world? What is his domain? etc... etc...
Other stuff that might be good is what the relationship of the gods are. One might assume the god of death and the god of life understand each other and have, at worst a luke-warm relationship. However both might strongly agree and work together to destroy the undead.
It isn't exactly clear that Peralia is the god of death, which if she isn't, then I can see her having Culnul as a husband. It would kind of make Peralia akin to Anubis (guardian of the dead, protector of the dead) opposed to Osirus who was in fact the god of Life, death, and the dead.
I do not know the source of the lore, but maybe they can provide you with a lot more detailed information that you can put into that document?

there is a bit more info on each deity and that will eventually go in as well
whatever info is relevant to the wiki is relevant to this document and that is the main source for all the entries
In the camp. background boards there is about a half page on each god and that will be in version 2 along with the timeline and list of emperors

I can't seem to find documents in that forum on any of the forbidden gods.

Do you think you could summarize General Do's and Dont's of the Campaign background?
For example:
1) Guards are not Tolerant in this PW, mostly because the setting for their government is Lawful Evil, with strict adherence to the law and crimes - even minor ones, result in harsh penalties (Even for First-Time Offenders!)
I think there are just some "WOAH" Lore that some people miss when they are new (Like Players saying that they won't worship any gods in public)

i don't really feel qualified to write any original material b/c i am a new player but anything that the vets and/or staff would like to add I would be glad to throw into version 2

Tyrak/Girru from the Wiki, information orginally from the Das1 boards and the Dasaria 1 greeter.
Info on Ch'taia/Tiamat
Info on Rel/Utu.
There's a reason for the wiki you know. The forums contain mostly IC information, you're not going to find information on forbidden gods in Varanite documents.

But those are not IC forums, so why should they be limited? Even then, they are not Varanite forums, so why wouldn't an IC cleric / follower of the gods be able to tell us why thier god is the best?

The background sections on these forums are to be considered IC information from a Varanite perspective - they won the war, they wrote the history. There is little lore on the outlawed god because the Varanites would be more than likely to supress any such information and would lay the unholy smackdown on anyone who attempted to publicise the worship of said deities. The wiki if anything is more ooc information, from the players, who have insight into such things, for the benefit of other players who are interested in the information.

We would like to, over time reveal more about the outlawed gods inside the game.

And when they do, please either put the info up on the wiki or send me the info so I can include it as soon as possible if it is something that should be more generally known.

Let's not forget there is already a quest involving followers of tyrak/rel (the monastery) and also an entire village that worships Rel as it's primary god (Aucklorn). If early content is anything to go by, there's going to be plenty of stuff in the game that's related to forbidden gods.

While Aucklorn Mill worships the old gods, Rel is not their primary. You'll find they revere Iaosia more than anything.
