Hilloe there,
A few of you may or may not know me already from mIRC and perhaps a tiny wittle bit in-game.
I'm Mariena, or Snowlight...... or Mar, Mars, Marmar, Snowy, Snow, Snowface etc. Whatever you like.
I'm 21 years old, currently living in The Netherlands, making me another Dutchie. I like motorcycles, the internets, and.. uh.. RPGs, I guess.
I have a level 5 sorceress on the server, and that's about it. Poof.
I'll be in IRC

Welcome to Dasaria 2 Mariena! As I'm from Australia I may possibly see you around, since I seem to keep running into Swiss, Germans, Norwegians, English and crazy Finns).
Oh and green eyes are far more special (of course its got nothing to do with the fact that I have Green eyes
)

Wooh.
I'm a 20 year old guy from the Netherlands. I used to be active on Dasaria for quite a while with Tani Rogers and Holden Rogers.. Probably more, but I can't remember their names.
I'm studying audivisual interactive design, and I'm currently looking what to do after it. I like to play Piano, I like to listen to music and I like to draw. I enjoy reading books from Terry Pratchett and listen to records from Counting Crows and Ane Brun. Much more, but those are my two favorites, I guess.
Kay, that's all. =D

Hmm...okay, fair do.
Hey folks, I'm a twenty three year old nut job from Scotland (my accent > your accent). I've just recently graduated from university with a degree in cellular and microbiology, and am currently (or at least about to start) working in...of all things...over-the-phone technical help and support. Don't ask me how the two subjects are related...because honest to goodness, I'm not sure myself.
I'm a pretty keen role-player...I can trace the tangled mess of characters I've played all the way back to e-feds, play-by-post forums, pen and paper and, of course, online games. I've actually been spending most of my role-playing time on World of Warcraft lately, but Neverwinter Nights has managed to grab my attention once again...given I just forked out two hundred quid for a decent graphics card that can actually play the game properly. Been fiddling with a few downloaded modules from the vault but, inevitably, I'm back for some online RPing.
Hmm...what else to say? What else to say?
Oh well...uh....I'm a pretty nice, approachable guy...and as boring as it is, my characters are usually pretty nice, approachable guys (I never really enjoy RPing a jerk...call me a bluff old traditionalist, but I like to be the dependable, heroic sort), so if you happen to see me in game, then give me a shout.

The dashingly handsome youth strolls casually to the microphone, flashing his devil-may-care smile to the ladies in the front row. He pushes his long, silken locks from his eyes, stuffing one hand in the pocket of his worn, faded jeans. He leans in, as if to kiss, and softly whispers, "Hey there."
His confidence growing, he flashes his smile and continues, "My name is Jimmy. I'm from South East Ohio, near Wheeling WV, and I live in a pleasant little two story house, which I rent, along with a few roommates. That is to say, they also rent the house. I don't rent them!" He smiles a little at his own joke, realizes nobody else finds it funny, and shoulders on.
"I'm one of two middle children, myself and my sister. I have one older sibling and one younger, and (more or less predictably), two parents. I sing lead in a rock band called Ebola Soup, work single-handedly on my own video game project, and write novels, though I've yet to get one published. I'm a big fan of fantasy in general, and the Forgotten Realms in particular."
Jimmy shuffles nervously, tilting his head to the side. "I have a girlfriend, who I love dearly, and a best friend who sucks very much; (which is alright, because this is the occasional state of best friends the world over). My favorite band is AFI, and my favorite vocalist is Tom Waits. I prefer vanilla to chocolate, strawberries to bananas, and scary girls to staid, collected women."
"I love to argue, practice Kendo and go for long walks in my small town community." He continues, looking over his glasses at the audience. "I despise anything mass produced, with a few necessary exceptions. My favorite place to eat is the Chinese restaurant down the street and I would love you forever if you would arbitrarily gift me with Full Throttle energy drinks."
Jimmy twiddles his fingers nervously, glances around, and says "Um... that's it. So, uh, I guess I'll be going now. Um... yeah... bye." With that he turns quickly, retreating backstage where there will, undoubtedly, be fried chicken.
((...Okay, so the narrative style was unnecessary, but, hey, I had fun. This hasn't been proof-read or anything, so don't complain if it sucks. I swear I can do better.))
