Dasaria II - A NWN2 Roleplay and Story-driven Persistent World

Hello, little sheep..-I mean, players!
A new weekly group will start soon. Who dares be a part of this chance of hours of RP, even in locatioons not normally available in the module...?

Roleplay is an absolute requirement, however, you do not have to be a 'pro' who has been roleplaying all life.

The group will of course be run by yours truly, and it will be every Sunday between 11am and 14pm EST. The time is flexible though, as the group has not yet started.

• - Roleplaying is a must. This is not supposed to be a hack'n'slash grooup only! (Dragons, demons, werewolves, goblins and other nice people might seek you out though...)
  
  - Players must agree to show up every week.
  
  - Players will start at lvl. 1
  
  - Each session will be DM led
  
  - PCs will adventure and level together. It is not allowed to level your character between sessions.
  
  - Each player will send me a character concept, and a character background story.

Are they allowed to play their chars between sessions, and just drop the gained exp/delevel if they get too far ahead, if the group wasn't 'in the middle' of something at the end of the prior session?

Yes, RP between sessions is encouraged, as long as two rules are followed:

1) Don't level. If you level, I will delevel your character again.
2) Your character has to be available. Example: If your character is currently the prisoner of some dark lord or a band of angry giants, then you're not going anywhere

I have a level 4 character I would consider joining with, but would I need to delevel him back to level 1 if I choose to go with him?

Yes, that would be necessary.

I'm really interested in this, but saturday would be better for me personally, or a bit earlier sunday.

Ironwaffle - sadly, Saturday is a no-go for me, but as mentioned, the time is flexible because the group has not yet started.

However, I do spot five players who seems a bit interested in this thread.. Alterity, Lollegag, Gobbylin, Ironwaffle and Fizbut, please confirm if you are interested. If you are, send me a PM with your concept.

That's fair. The more I think about it, the harder I think it's gonna be for me to commit to every Sunday. I'll have to catch the next band wagon I guess. Have fun guys.

I am highly interested in this, however I havne't figured out if the timing is suitable. Since I'm busy from 14:00 to 17:00, being busy for 3 hours prior to that severely limits my logistical capabilities for the day, especially if Gobb is similarly indisposed.

Remember, the time is flexible. If it fits the majority of the group better that we move it a few hours, then it shall be so.

Both Rohenna and I would dearly love to join this, but sadly our times would likely kill it for others, being in Australia at GMT+10.
For us to make it it would have to be saturday US times, and stunningly early or late.
