Alcohol is good for you
. . . in moderation. Read this:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16173568/wi ... 3?GT1=8816
Personally I think it's just as much rubbish as 'the elixer of life' sought after by alchemists of old.

All of those reports are full of crap. There will always be a report that says something is good for you and then a few weeks later a report saying that exact same thing is bad for you.
I'm always right. I'm also a jerk. It's not my fault you can't get over the latter to see the former.
Hurray for Me!
Topic titles are like turn signals. They aren't for your benefit, but for the people around you.

*stares Wyv down, tapping her foot*
Given the ammounts of Bushmill's Wyv has put down since the beginning of the building of the server, I think he just insulted me

There is some truth in the artical you posted Eve.
Grayle said it:
Next they are going to say cutting yourself helps you.. O wait XD It does lol. In a twisted sorta way when your in extreme pain and you cause yourself pain in general your body releases endorphines (body's natural way to reduce pain, has the same chemical structure as Morphine) and the endorphines target the place you register pain at more.. thats why people like piercings, tattoo's and such... It gives you a different high you dont normally feel.

Small amounts can help you sleep, calms your heart rate and reduces stress.. Stress is one of the major reasons for short life. When you read that article dont go to the extreme and jump to thinking about the people who go out everyday and get drunk off their butts.. The article is talking about the glass or so of red whine each night like Falcon said. It's a blood thinner. In small amounts, it reduces clot formation and atherosclerosis.
