Adamantine Heavy Shield

It seems that my adamantine heavy shield is not reducting any damage at all. At least is not shown at the combat stats. Maybe its the same bug that happened with heavy shield crafting (beeing treated as an weapon instead of an armor).
Do any of you guys have some info. about it?

Now I Have an Adamantine Tower shield, heavy shield and a full Plate and only the full plate is actualy reducting damage. All the adamantine shields do not seem to work...

If you are using several pieces of armor with DR only the highest will apply. So if you were using your armor when you equiped your shield then the shield would not add any more DR. If you had no other DR items or natural DR when you had the shield equiped the first time then it mgiht be bugged.

When I tested those shields i was with no armor or some other kinda thing tha provide DR. I guess its realy bugged. Can anybody test it?
