Murder and it's consequences.

I've seen a player who will not be named slaughter Sister Oriana right infront of my Lawful Neutral monk in cold blood... him standing a few feet away and only lag stopping him from engaging the guy in RP (I love lagging then crashing)...
I think my character is perfectly justified in bringing justice to this person, since the guard isn't doing anything about it.
Personally I intend to uphold my code so a note to you evil people: Don't slaughter NPCs, even quest NPCs, with a monk who is talking to them just 5 seconds earlier.
This is half statement and half question... any recommendations as to how one should approach this?
After the fact I'm obviously not going to hunt him down. But if I see it again I will consider him hostile and attack.

I'm starting to get upset.
Gordom Goobey is just griefkilling Sister Oriana for XP... he isn't doing the quest just killing her everytime she spawns and he runs by.
Next time he does it he is going to pay for his crimes with his life.

If it offends your character, by all means stop him.

This debt he paid; the price: his life.
(And he just respawns and goes right back to it. *sigh*)

Remind him about the 1 hour PvP rule. God knows the toolbags are using it to get hunting areas to themselves.

Totally forgot about that. I've already moved on myself but if I catch him doing it again I will enforce it.
He's just slaughtering the boars for xp.

Are his characters actions bothering you IC or OOC? You need to decided. I am not sure a LN character would care as much around the actions of another but it that is how you interpreted your alignment than so be it.
If those actions are bothering your character IC then RP it out even if that means attacking the other character. Rhode was attacked once while fighting with the druid. It was a perfectly acceptable scenario as far was I was concerned and the attacking character was able to save the druid.

I had a talk with him... problem solved I think.
Just because a quest involves killing her does not mean you can kill her every time she spawns... that was the issue i think.

Hi there,
It was my that killed Syster, im OK if your character would like to kill me for that. But im going to state another thing here: Do "mele" have to put the otherr guy "hostyle" before atacking him?.
Because i dont even had a chance to figth back you (since im a pure caster).

Some players have used their characters alignment to determine whether or not to put their opponent on hostile before they attack. Generally chaotic characters don't but lawful ones will.
