its a 100 point scale for both law and good 100 = Lawful and good 0 = chaotic and evil

you start out at the middle of whatever alignment you have. So a paladin starts at 85 good 85 lawful. If you say do enough chaotic actions to move to neutral (which im not entirely sure there that cut off is) it will bump you all the way to 50 in neutral. In this way the alignment isnt easliy exploitable by bouncing back and forth getween alignments just by losing or gaining 1 point in a given alignment.
I'm always right. I'm also a jerk. It's not my fault you can't get over the latter to see the former.

Hurray for Me!

Topic titles are like turn signals. They aren't for your benefit, but for the people around you.

As for alignment changing dialogue/quests, they mostly stop beyond level 6 or so. The only really, really big change can be gotten in the crypt. You'll know what it is when you're about to do it.

Hmm, dana near ealdens changes alignment one point to good if you talk to her and agree to help her

if you choose the right responses when you get the kalem quest, you can get 1 point in either good or evil and one point in either lawful or chaotic

it takes along time, but it'll change eventually, mine finally changed to good after what seemed to be 300 points.....
But yea it works the same as the nwn 1 scale as far as i know, with a 100 scale,

If your good, bad things will effect you more then if your neutral

Yeah that one's really tough if you start our neutral, it takes forever to shift it back.
