lol Dwarves are overpowered, I never understood the +2 con -2 cha.

For ECL to really be balanced there needs to either
1. Be an exp cap(which is the only option in nwn2)
2. For there to be no level limit really(which is how it is in pnp)

I actually think what I'm gonna do is be.

3 bard, 10 Palemaster, 7 wizard or
1 bard, 10 PM, 9 wizie

3rd bard is for haven song and +skill song(which is the reason I choice bard/wiz high int to begin with.

I wouldn't really call it a power build though, it just is kind of interesting.

As for RDD

1 bard, 9 warrior 10 RDD

You get the little extra +1hit/dam song.
You can use the able learner feat to get the lore up faster to be a RDD, but honestly there is no rush.

Since bards can wear light armor and get no penalty in arcane spell casting..

What happens if a sorcerer takes level(s) of bard. Can the sorcerer cast his sorc-based spells without penalty or would only the bard spells be allowed under the 'no arcane spell penalty' rule?

!

Yes ...
