Re: Not sure how to RP this?...
While my character hasn't been online since I started her investigation earlier this week (darn life), she has been investigating the PCs and honing in on a probable place to look for Patient Zero.
We just need a DM in the mix and maybe it'll go somewhere. :P

A New Volunteer
Amidst the crowd of rushing priests and dying laymen stands a figure in a white doublet who, at first glance, would probably be mistaken for a man. After placing her metal flasks of wine over a brazier, she moves from patient to patient, adjusting or correcting the non-magical ...

Re: CIW's RL character sheet
Thanks for the recommendations. I'll consider them more thoroughly if I'm ever burnt out with the publishing industry, but for now I don't think self publishing is the best route I can take.
Though Pubslush does kinda look cool and I'll probably hang out there, if only to vote/donate.

Re: CIW's RL character sheet
*A wave from another former EoA player.*
You might remember a fella there by the name of Jaek Kalantine.. ;)
Welcome aboard CiW, it will be good to catch up again
"Might"?
Jaek was one of two characters that could beat Phineas in a fight (not counting NPCs). Of course I remember you.

Re: CIW's RL character sheet
Be sure to peruse the wiki (see my sig), though don't go through it adding "u"'s to things. ;) Though adverb hunting may be helpful, I like adverbs probably a bit to much.
I actually read the wiki for a couple hours before introducing myself. I tacked on to the end of my first post the rest of ...

CIW's RL character sheet
Occupation(s): Glorified baby sitter (Child Care Educator), self employed bum (aspiring novelist and screenwriter).
Favourite Bands: Mother Mother, Muse.
Favourite Hobbies: Stealing cats and redubbing them things such as Aristophanes, Archimedes and Mephistopholes. Also philosphy, feminism, archery, writing, Taekwondo, and swimming. Also bugging Americans by adding "u" to their words. Also hunting adverbs in other people's work when they ask me to edit. The word "also."
Quote that best summarizes my philosophy: "People ask why I'm such a twisted man. I reply that I have the heart of a young boy; in a jar, right next to his brain."
Best stat: Int.
Worst stat: Str.
Class, if real life were like D&D: Rogue/Wizard/Arcane Trickster.
Favourite RP Playstyle: The righteous martyr with a mean, Machiavellian political streak.
Favourite method of body disposal: Feed to hungry alligators/pigs/whatever's available.
Favourite NWN2 PW Prior to trying Dasaria 2: Elements of Aesyr.
I'm a comfortably middle class (though most of us are--hurray socialism) Canadian/closet Brit.
I wrote a novel. I'm rewriting it after a cold streak with literary agents, but I will publish this &^%$#@. If you ask, I will tell. Otherwise, I'll keep it to myself to maintain an aesthetic of aloof mystery. Cue ghost sounds.
I've been floating around PWs on and off since the end of Elements of Aesyr. One thing EoA did right was its malleability--players could get their hands dirty shaping the setting. Your promise to do the same has brought me here.
One consequence of that is that my characters tend to get... involved. This has only been problematic with inflexible servers.
