I have heard so many stories about Shadowbane, and am really sad I didn't participate...sigh...

Wow. I really could have done without being reminded of that horrible misstep in our gaming, Joker.
With one finger on one hand I can show the love I have for that game and several guilds therein.

I don't even want to think of the hours we spent to keep a city running just to have it all go down the tubes with an attack by Hing.
It was sad to have to have an emergency summoner on duty in town to try to keep our hard earned money and items from getting looted by a guild that only farmed PCs.

I always liked the epithets for Dwarves and such from Terry Pratchett's Discworld series.
Dwarves were regularly called gritsuckers. I'd think "lawn ornament" would apply rather well to gnomes.
