I'm considering if I actually want the Falcon helmet though, Improved Intiative is a largely useless feat...

Its great for using combat maneuvers at the start of fight (such as knocking down a spellcaster, disarming a fighter etc), and getting the first hit in an engagement is always great! Spellcasters also start casting spells slightly sooner, which can make them hit before the enemy spellcaster spells finish.

Mind you, initiative is dex+1D20, so improved initiative pretends that you have 8 more dex. Its not mostly useless, but its not the most useful feat either.

I realise it was a while back (I've been a bit AFK) but I'm afraid you conned me a bit with the House Nayli'o Longbow +3 (+3 AB, Massive Criticals +3, darkvision) purchase. Darkvision doesn't work at all...

A little research shows that this ability is unable to be attached to items

Correct!

I list the stats as they appear on the item, even if the stats don't actually do anything. Looking back I noticed I sold it for 4000 gold, which means its about the equivalent of a +2 item's cost (slightly less).

That accounts for the fact that +3 AB is about half as useful as +3 enchantment!

Whilst at this time darkvision (and low light vision) can't be attached to items (or potions/wands/spells etc) there may be a point in the future that it will be implemented properly!

Hope it came in useful even though it didn't have darkvision working properly!

You conned me! You sold me a bow that you said would let me see in the dark... I'm standing here the basement holding it AND I STILL CAN'T SEE ANYTHING!

That's cool though, I doubt it will be implemented (as I think it is not some simple fix) but it's good to have Haven't actually used it yet as have been AFK in RL but hope to soon.

You're just using the bow wrong. You have to look through the wood to see in the dark. Not my fault you don't have xray vision ^.^
