Characters Missing

I haven't been on Dasaria in quite a few months and when I reinstalled yesterday i couldn't find my CD keys. The Bioware site I registered them on obviously decided not to keep track of them any longer so I bought a new copy, got new keys and logged on this morning.

None of my old characters there, is this caused by the new CD keys or do you delete account information after a period of inactivity?

We down purge old characters. You're probably using a new username, characters are sorted by username.

PM me your Bioware username and some names of your old characters.

NB: Because you have switched cd keys, I may need make an update to our information in order for you to play them, but they ought to be there.

On this topic, I've got a ton of old characters that I can no longer use for exactly this reason. Nearly all of them I would just delete at this point if I could login to them, around 20 or so that I've made, tested, and more or less discarded. Is it viable to make a list of the 3 characters I would like to keep (only one of which needs to be changed to my current user name) and just get the others deleted?

I did have the wrong login name, I fixed the issue and now I can see my characters but anytime I log into one of them it says "You have been booted" and kicks me back to the title screen.

Well like Wired sayed he "may need make an update to our information in order for you to play them" so dont worry he fix it soon when have a time.
