Re: Games of Thrones.
Didn't you hear, the author killed all of the characters off...
Atrocity has no excuses, no mitigating argument. Atrocity never balances or rectifies the past. Atrocity merely arms the future for more atrocity. Whoever commits atrocity also commits those future atrocities thus bred.

Hey guys.. careful not to step in the bulls**t.
It was picked up for another season (or two I could be wrong) after the second episode.
unless your talking about Spartacus. the first show was cancelled because the main character got cancer (really bad), it was going to get picked up for a second season but instead they made a spin off series. I forget the name of it though.

Re: Games of Thrones.
Yeah they were going to make more series of it but last I heard it was cancelled at the end of the first series due to funding being pulled - may have changed since then as I heard about it two weeks after season finale and with the amount of **** TV they show (other people call it soaps and reality shows) we could use some more decent viewing pleasures.
Spartacus: Blood and Sand season 2 was originally postponed because of main actors illness so they made a prequel series called Spartacus: Gods of the Arena but he died just after series ended so they already selected his replacement and season 2 proper I last heard had started filming.

I only watched like half of the first episode of Spartacus: Blood and Sand, and really, really wished I didn't. Felt like I was watching 300 performed by a drama class over last-minute greenscreen work. The Explorer wrote:Yeah they were going to make more series of it but last I heard it was cancelled at the end of the first series due to funding being pulled - may have changed since then as I heard about it two weeks after season finale and with the amount of **** TV they show (other people call it soaps and reality shows) we could use some more decent viewing pleasures.

Re: Games of Thrones.
Game of Thrones has been is a huge favorite of mine. Never new about the books and I'm currently on the 3rd book and I'm watching the 1st season over again. Can't wait until April.
I have heard they are considering condensing the storyline due to the current amount of books. So we may see, not the upcoming season, but maybe the next where books 3 and 4 shown in one season. A shame, but I can understand why.
Well, now there is a possibility that Storm of Swords could run through two season. Interesting.
Winter is coming.
