I am not sure how I was able to do this but, when running around trying to gather up Orphans in the Docks area, I managed to run into the triangle shaped fenced-off area with a tree in it.
I have been stuck there since the last server reset. Can someone help me?

I believe PC Tools has an option to "move to safe location" that might help you.

You're definitely stuck on the mesh. A Reset or a DM port will help you, otherwise closing the bug report.
