It would seem after a few times of dismounting my horse, I have a speed bug where I run noticably slower than other PCs, I tested it with 2 other characters while running. while not game breaking, it does keep me out of the fight if we are running to the next encounter for a round or two.
any chance you can fix this? or know a command I can type in the consul to fix it?

Will take a look; may depend on classes/feats lining up correctly after a dismount.

I have also experienced this issue.
I do have the druid feat that speeds me up 10% outdoors.
It might just be canceling the feat, but it seems I am even lower than people with no run speed bonuses of any kind.
