Modes Bar Issue

I've noticed that since the last reset, we have gotten a Languages button on the Modes Bar. This is awesome, except that if you have more then one row of abilities, they are blocked by it. I might recommend putting the language button under the modes bat instead... I tried to move it but it seemed to be fixed to that position.

The other issue I noticed is when I mount a horse. My modes bar disappears (as per usual) But when I press G to make it come back up and Deactivate 'Tracking Mode' it vanishes right away and I get a system message "Cannot use unmounted combat modes while mounted" The issue is, when you first mount up it always puts you in tracking mode by default. I found dismounting and remounting fixed the issue, but I still couldn't have my Modes bar active.

I'll look into moving the language button again, but disabling the combat modes hotbar while mounted is necessary. Just disable tracking before mounting.
