Hi Decado, welcome back! 
Technical question; did you buy the game anew? Because your old toons are bound to your old CD-key, so if that's the case you might need to request Rob or Wired to help you out attach the old CD keys. If not... See you online

I did buy anew but I ported my old keys over to the new version. My characters are all still there.
