Suddenly, as if it had appeared out of nowhere, the tree was standing there next to the theatre's door in a container, in the mute air, the sky obscured by the silver-green shape. Under it, it was if many sounds muted, including the birds high up in its rough limbs, invisible due the dense foilage. There is a fragrance about it, a distinctive aroma of leaf and soil. Its bark was smooth and silvery, its trunk curling gently upwards.
On a low branch hung a small card... ...perhaps the first of many?
Here before you stands a tree,
and though I have lots of leafs,
I would love to feel pretty.
So go prepare that feather quill,
release your poetic thoughts,
and share them here at will.
Birds already found their place,
now add your creations,
and fill in the empty space.
Even if you have not a shred of inspiration,
be welcome to come sit under me,
and enjoy the words for an unlimited duration.
