Yep. Wars are pretty much a lose-lose thing. You can -win- a war by suffering less losses but everyone involved will suffer.

However, wars have done good for people; Except it takes sometimes hundreds of years before you can see any good come out of it.

My teacher said once that the whole Deutschland-Hitler-war could've been avoided by simply making Adolf visit a psychologist. You must understand he was just a lonely boy with some self-love issues. :'(

...I'm not really sure how to feel about the idiots and non-idiots comment... categorizing group of people is pretty much how that war started in the first place, no?

You're taking my comment completely amiss. If there were no idiots in the world, then no intelligent people would be rewarded. So, in general, I LIKE having idiots in the world.
