Um.. when I say fair go, I mean being the first in some old place with lots and lots of high quality loo- erm. Artifacts of priceless historical value. Which I'll be sure to hand over to whomever deals with them for a nominal finders fee. You know... doing service to the community and all that. And I like it underground.

Besides, it's my line of work. I got lots of experience with dungeon crawls, so if your crew is missing somebody that actually does not blow the place up just because they did not notice a tripwire, just look me up. I can work on set fee or a cut of the profits, so no worries there - I'm flexible. I'm also pretty good with merchants, though now that they decided to go flat-priced there's not... I mean, I can negotiate better prices!
Can hold out my own in a fight, too, so don't think I'm just a dead weight trailing behind. Well, actually, I will be mostly behind, but behind the enemies. I'm not a meat shield, all right? Besides, it's easier to stab them when they are looking the other way.
All right, before you all want to hire me, one thing. I don't work with horcs, or halflings bosses. I don't put down many conditions, but I'm just not gonna even bother going anywhere if you got a horc. And if you want to hire me, and are a cursed halfling, do me a favor and drop dead before wasting my time, you little piece of a scumbag.
Should round 'em all up and toss in some pit to rot, the lot...
I might be persuaded to work with halfers, as long as somebody keeps them in check.

Yes , she can be bit of a handful at times , and time never stops .. If you can calm her when her blood is up , excuse her cheeky remarks when needed and help her come up with a better idea when she complains about the hard decisions that need to be made then you have a job for life ..
As my god provides me with everything I need then I have little to nay need of magical equipment or coin .. You can help yourself to my share of adventuring spoils , excusing the occasional trinket I feel will help me in my good works ..
