This is something that will appear in the future.

As to the grinding concerns—there are nearly ten quests in Aucklorn Mill. There is no shortage of them. More will be added. I am sure that everyone has taken note of Korgov Castle, an area that is completely unaccessible to the players right now. That is for story-purposes, but rest assured, it won't stay locked forever.

Nearly 95% of Dasaria, before the new content was released, was quest-based levelling. There was no alterntative but doing quests. That was it. When you finished all the quests, you were stuck sitting around until the server reset. I have heard hordes of complaints from the server in support of a hunting area.

The Thoroughfare and the Korgov Areas are hunting areas. This was done so people, in lieu of questing, do have somewhere to go. Thoroughfare for people ~8-12, Korgov for ~10-15.

We are trying to appeal to multiple auidences here. And the insinuation that the new content is all grinding is simply just false. Like I said, there are 8 quests there. One of them doesn't even include combat!

I did that one. It was pretty good.
Also a little creepy. But it made me see something else that's inspired by Baldur's Gate ;)

A level 15 character with maxed hide and move silent is presently seen as if he/she were wearing day glow orange uniform with reflexive stripes. (*snicker*)

Please adjust this, it seems a bit odd that npc's, even if all of them are lv 15 rangers, would have 20 ranks in spot, listen and search skills.

Other than that - LUV ALL THE LARGE OUTSIDE AREAS!!!!!!

This can be a yes or no answer, so nothing is spoiled. Is there anything for the lower levels, or primarily 8 and above?

The new content is designed primarily for levels 8-15.

I love the new content! very Diablo or Diablo II...ahh those were great times. The new areas are also a great foil to the current level 8-15 quests.

My only comment is that while the content is perfectly oriented to small parties, currently quest rewards seem to be only gained by the person who handed them in, and this created some confusion for our party. I'm not sure if this was intentional or not.

Overall a welcome addition :D

I have just seen a small bit of the new content. VERY NICE! :) And I like that you can actually pretty far from Cear now, it was fun to be out in a desolate place and suddenly meet a familiar face.

With all the new open areas I predict we will see an invasion of druids :P

Nice work! Looking forward to explore it properly..

I enjoyed the new areas. Very atmospheric .. Good job.

Of course, it would be nice if the quests were fixed into functionality soon :)

Just towards the end of exploring the new town when server reset.

Very impressed with the new areas they look great, really liked killing the huge monster thing/leader of the bandits. I got killed while reading a post about the mill lol - where there is one bad guy there are loads it's great.

Is the wierd lady at the lake do anything? My party talked to her and all she said was would we like to go for a swim.

Tried doing the ghost quest but she didn't spawn.

Are there going to be any quests added for those over lvl 15?

Great work everyone :D

As I said, I'm not trying to be antagonistic, it just seems that likening this server to a game that you have nightmares about isn't very gracious, considering all the work that people put into it. Constructive criticism is welcome, I'm sure, but I'm just suggesting that maybe a better understanding of the toolset and the amount of work it takes to make Das2 what it is would help people to realize that it is difficult to do what has been done here. I certainly didn't mean to come off as being hostile, and I apologize for any poorly chosen words.

I've found two new quests and I haven't finished them because I keep getting attacked by roaming packs of undead!

Masochist class, Level 12? :P

I'm looking forward to getting a party of 2 or 3 together and then swapping between the old and new content.

Oh, i'm fairly sure i stated that i'm aware of the huge amount of work that has to be done. And i also stated that there is much of the new content i haven't explored yet and that my judgement wasn't by any means final. And i wasn't comparing dasaria to WoW, i was just letting you know the reason why i'm so allergic to grinding.

If i recall correctly, there was a flag called "party xp" in NWN1 toolset, which was used to determine whether the quest xp was given to the whole party or just to the person who turned it in. Perhaps you should see if this flag is checked (if it still exists in NWN2 toolset).
Insanity has been kind to me, but no longer.
