I think.
Tiefling aren't half-fiends. Tieflings only have trace amounts of fiendish blood in their veins (less than 1/4 of their blood is fiendish).
Half-fiends are something else entirely... something called a template...
Let me say this better, I hope. Tieflings are an independent race with their own stats, etc. Half-fiends are not a separate race but rather a modification you can put on another race that adds to their abilities without replacing them. Yes, this means you can make a Half-Fiend Tiefling in DnD...

Its the horns... really... any trace amount still marks you are far as most humans are concerned, also, most folks don't actually know that much about tieflings, they just know they're a person with horns who's rumored to have evil blood, hells, they probably don't know there is a difference between a tiefling and a half-fiend.

Nah, I can handle him.
Small price in comparison of the services he can render, if you know what I mean.
Which, obviously, you don't.

There's a reason I pump my character's lore skill in game, just so I can use knowledge like this in game.
However, even if I say these things which are right, doesn't mean people will listen to me, after all, many old Dasarians were good guys and look at how that knowledge is treated.

Hardly. I play a sorcerer after all... Unless by "charisma" you mean "big beat stick" and "score" you mean "backing of the law," or something like that.

That "To Boldy Go..." one is awesome, I want some of our scientists to discover that.
"Say...those rocks look a little familiar...
"
Pure awesome.

I love the "Jesus saves" and the "Player's ingenuity".
