Letter left on Captain Waters Desk

[Amalthea]

My dear captain Waters,

My father spoke of you quite fondly and it is a pleasure to know that one of your stature is in command of the guards here. However I must report a threat made on my person and my man at arms by a mage named Sirius Calasthere. After he insulted my family in front of the good Father Minuvas and got the set down he deserved, he then cornered me and stated that "myself and my thug would learn respect before the month is out." Now I know that you would never allow such threats upon a noblewoman in your jurisdiction. The male claimed to be of noble blood but showed a distinct lack in any of the social graces.

Sincerely,
Lady Amalthea Fayllon
