Citizens!
I am glad to announce my presence in the town of Caer.
From now on I want you to come to me, if you have any kind of quarrel, which needs to be solved.
I am a skilled Traveller of Etoth and therefore perfectly able to decide your legal matters.
My word will be final, unless you plea to the council of Caer and probably will be enforced by the Fleet and Guard.
I charge no fee for doing my duty.
NO lawyers allowed!
You can find me in the Mistyvale Inn or wandering the streets of Caer.

*overlooks the post. He strokes his chin at first, but recognizes not a single imperial seal upon the parchment. Nor did it contain any sort of official recognition from the Order of the Scales*
"I highly doubt the Order of the Scales would lack such........Official matter in regulating this concern. None of the legal channels were followed at all in this regard. "
Minuvas denotes the name of the traveler, and carefully wraps the letter in addition to a sealed envelope for submission to the Watch.

The sun was just setting, signaling the weary dawn of his night's patrol. Kenholme had landed the graveyard shift, and he was none to pleased about it. Such was life as a sailor.
He stopped short as he rounded a bend in the road, a notice catching his eyes. It seemed to be tacked to a lamppost. He stood rigid in place, folding one arm demurely behind him, tucking it against the small of his back. He leaned forward, reading the note.
"Hm." He remarked aloud, arching an inquisitive brow. Reaching forth with a gloved hand, he removed the note, rolling it closed carefully. It was bound to be one of many that were tacked about the city. "I will inquire as to the legality of such an issue, and I certainly do hope this Mister Ecclesius has received permission from the Ministry for posting this notice publicly."
He tucked the scroll away in his pack, and resumed his patrol.
