Bugbear Room

[TheFabledFist]

Respawning in the downstairs room of the bugbear caves where you get the key from Ti'Rusat just before fighting the orc ambassador brought me back to the start of the entire bugbear caves instead of just the entrance to that room, and Ti'Rusat and the rest of the spawn disappear every time I transition back into that room, so they were all gone by the time I came back.

This is working as intended.
