People standing near one of the notices hear a voice whisper malevolently "Sos it begins."

They looked around at each other with curious glances wondering who spoke.

* a letter written in an elegant feminine script is left with Roggins at the Mistyvale*

Dearest Champion of the Dreamweaver, it would be my pleasure to meet with you at the time of your choosing. It is refreshing to hear of another devoted to the goddess for it as been far too long since I have spoken to one who shared the same faith. You may leave messages through Roggins and someone will collect such correspondence for me so that we may arrange a meeting. May the goddess grant you the most pleasant of dreams.
