New Player Feeling Out the Server
New Player Feeling Out the Server
Hi, just thought I'd make a quick intro post before I logged on the server. I hope that the community doesn't mind me making a couple throw away character to feel out the server and the difficulty before I settle on a character to really keep and role play. I am hoping that if somehow I do stumble upon gold with one of my trial runs I can update the bio (I'm sure a DM could wave a hand or two fix that). I just recently got NWN2, and I was a big player in a NWN PW by the name of The World of Palladium. Snownut and the crew are taking a while to get my crack back up and running so I want to play the market. Ihope to see ya'll in game, and if I'm doing something ignorant let me know.

Well from what I saw earlier, your NPCs don't take kindly to friendly blackmail/exortion threats. That makes me definetely want to play a loopy ranger/rogue build. Either that or take him aracne archer build, but I kinda like to stay away from AAs. We'll see. Gonna make less than honorable character with a good heart and bad luck and see how it plays out.

7 characters that you play on a regular basis?

Re: New Player Feeling Out the Server
7 chars that have all made their own large and little lives in the creative world of das, 3 humans Which are my main chars, 1 Dwarf in a clan that I am thoroughly currently enjoying although at times seriously struggle Rping him for various reasons (It was hard for him to continue to hate all human males when one of them saved his little brothers life), 2 very different trouble lovin pirates which make me laugh alot when playing them and my final char is a human Warlock which I play rarely and as planned I have no clue or plan as to what I am going to do with him just an experiment you could say.
When I figure out how to Rp my Dwarf properly I will most likely just play him when the clan are ingame and occassionally just to give him a break from drinking in an Inn.
I basically play which ever one I feel like playing when I login, then I usually get tells, inviting one or another char to join in something or send a simple tell saying Hi to friends ingame which will then start something. I am usually ingame as my Dwarf atm but when none of the others are around and the server is quiet I login my mage and he stays near Ealden's talkin Ealden or waiting for the unknown Rp/Adventure/DM dropping a horde of frogs or just pondering by a fire.
So regular? Time is relative
