Two official looking gentlemen approach an abandoned house located at the Docks. One proceeds to tack a piece of paper to the door, the other, dressed more elaborately, begins to ring a large handbell and cries out.
"Listen all, Listen all! By order of the Governor of Cear, all abandoned domicile buildings that have been vacated for 3 months or more are to be confiscated by the Empire and sold by auction."
"The domicile up for auction is located in the Imperial Docks near the establishment known as Vissen's Tavern."

"The auction will begin immediately and will last exactly 4 days. The bidding amount will start at Two Hundred and Fifty Imperial Emperors (250,000 gold pieces).
