A scroll tied formally with a noble blue band is given to Lord Adileus. He then climbs onto the stage improved with planks, opens the document and his eyes skim over the page. He begins to address the crowd but interrupts himself at the last moment and re-reads it. Now enlightened, he mumbles a 'hum-hum', clears his throat...

"The winner is ticket 011! Its owner, do please step forward!"

*Eldia casually walks up and shows her ticket up for everyone to see*

News of the winning ticket reached the temple. Knut immediately fell on his knees, chanting prayers to Lochwar.

*Eldia walks up and tacks a note up over the yellowing and weather worn sheet of parchment mentioning the lottery, it reads*

Dear Lord Tobias,

I have sent mail to you regarding the purchase furniture and such for the adornment of my new dwelling but as of yet have to receive word from your office regarding it's implementation and purchase. I would very much appreciate it if you could get back to me as soon as reasonably possible regarding said question.
