Hi i donated the money to her and got the item (lol still not sure what it does) but when i tried to get her to tell me more and offered to help her more i made the intimidation roll and past it but nothing else happened. Is this quest bugged ?
My journal did not update anything and the conversation just ended despite her saying that ok she would tell me whats happening.

I'm also a little confused by this quest. I've given her over a thousand coins to her in order to help her, and have many of her flowers, but have no idea what to do beyond this.
Spoken to a dwarf woman:
