IC: The Order of the Diamond

To Members of the Order of the Diamond;
In Any Organization it is important to find purpose, duty, and above all faith.
The Order of the Diamond serves a vital purpose, the production of quality and fine wares for the Citizens of Caer, and hopefully for sale or donation to the Imperial Organization of this province. Providing quality jobs to its members, contributing to the good of the Empire - and most of all, in the name of Lady Brintha in a most noble, honorable, and pious way is one that we as a community should never frown upon.
The Order of the Diamond and its members receive the full support from the Church of Lochwar, and the Church as a whole. In honor of the true faith and the continued success of your organization, The Church will be organizing a materials drive for its member - and to help give a fledgling beginning to a society that promotes hard work, and good faith. Paragons of Varanite Society and religion.
Praise be to Lochwar and Sister Brintha,
May the Light of Both Shine on All

* Scroll has been left to the Clerk's desk*
Greetings
I'd be interested to join this already famous crafting sosiety and I'll be willing to serve a master as a apprentice untill I'll earn my own skills up to master level and there by could be called as a Master.
At the moment I work as a travelling wizard and I enjoy to create illusions, but it's not something I'll want to do my entire life. Since I was small I've been talented on creating things with my hands. I've practiced a little, and now I can craft almost anything from metal and woods. Brewing potions is not a problem either and I've studied the 'Introduction to Crafting Wonderous Items' among my travels.
So, if you are interested about taking me into the interview, just hold this scroll and call 'Svar'. This 'Svar' is one of my familiar beetles, and is now binded to this scroll. How ever, the bind will vanish within three days.
Hopefully I'll hear from You soon,
Pietu

A Message is Delivered
A man wearing simple robes steps into the gaol, approaching the clerk's desk. Without a word, he drops a letter onto the table, turns, and exits. The confused clerk unfurls the scroll within, to find another notice of interest in the Order of the Diamond.
To whom it may concern,
Good tidings, sir or ma'am. My name is Nicolai Protivnika, a recent arrival into the lands around Cear. What little of my memory remains leads me to believe that I was once a weaponsmith, and I have taken up this exalted profession once more. Through careful craftsmanship, a sword finer than any other may be created--that which belongs wholly to its creator. There is a passion to be found in wielding an edge that was wrought by your own hands, and seeing that blade be of use to another. I can only hope that passion alone may let you cast favor on me, that I may affirm your trust with a showing of my talents. As I wind down, let me touch on that note again--to the clerk reading this first, please step to the door of the gaol. There will be a glistening blade of ghost-slaying silver leaning in your doorway, as I believe my messenger would have been harrowed for bringing it in to you himself. Please pass this weapon along with the letter, as a gift to the master of the Order.
Humbly,
Nicolai Protivnika

A cleverly-folded, winged slip of parchment sails through the clerk's window as if my magic, but truly suspended only by the force of air. It is held on one end by a small strip of wire, perfectly weighted to balance the little airship's arch of flight and target the very center of the desk.
The clerk pauses, perplexed. As his curiosity slowly gets the better if him, he hastily grabs and unfolds the thing in hopes of purging its secret. In neat, precise little handwriting is written the following message:
Fellow crafters, imbuers, engineers, architects, alchemists, smiths --
My name is Ash -- polymath, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, painter, sculptor, architect, and of course, magician -- and I should very much like to lend my special talents to the advancement of the magical and scientific arts of manufacturing in these lands. Please accept this letter as a formal indication of my interest in joining your order.
The clerk struggles for a moment to reconstruct the airship by re-folding along the creases left in the parchment. He quickly becomes frustrated, capitulates, and files the paper with the others.

A piece of Vellum is found on the Desk, dirty and blood smeared
Hail,
From the hand of Ebannon of the Shalemallus clanholds comes this application to the order of the diamond. Raised under the a fiery forge of a mountain, I've learned to craft arms and armor for noble warriors brave enough to put them to use. I've learned to work rare and exotic weapons and to make armaments of standard enchantment. In the aims of teaching those of lesser experience and learning from those of greater skill to the order of the diamond I pledge my services.
P.S. Please excuse the condition of this application, but a warriors life is battle, and vellum does little to repel an arrow.

Zahur's handwriting is still rough, unaccustomed to this new language, yet is surprisingly legible:

Let it be known that Zahur of Uskoom, Conjuror of Cear and
Aspiring Alchemist, expresses interest in the Order of the Diamond.
Should his admittance be deemed acceptable, an eager student and
loyal follower would be gained.

A small, crystalline orb is found on the clerk's desk. Swirling energies crackle and pulsate beneath the crystal surface. A plain, golden band encircles the orb.
Overcome with curiosity, the clerk retrieves a small, engraved hammer from one of his drawers, and cautiously gives the orb an exploratory tap. For a second, nothing happens, then the surface of the orb begins to shimmer and distort. As the clerk watches in horror, the orb starts to shift more violently, and emits a low rumbling sound, becoming more and more unstable by the second, until it suddenly vanishes with a small 'pop' and a flash of light.
Rubbing his eyes, the clerk glances back at the object, only to find that the crystalline outer layer seems to have disappeared entirely, leaving the pulsing central core of the orb hovering slightly above the surface of the desk. Without warning a deep, rumbling voice begins to speak, emanating from deep within the swirling vortex.
'On behalf of my master, the elven wizard Celanduil Idrios, I hereby offer his services to the Order of the Diamond. He is adept in the working of rare metals, in the enchantment of standard metals, and also in the forging of elemental arrowheads. He is also well versed in the creation of magical wands and scrolls, for those who use such items.
As a member of the Order, he would be willing to pass these skills on to apprentices, but his primary interest is in the furthering of the crafts through research and experimentation in collaboration with other like minded artisans. Fields of study that interest him in particular are the possibility of enchanting arms and armour crafted from rare materials such as adamantine and mithral, and the infusing of elemental essences into weapons of any kind.
I hope you will give this offer due consideration, and you will find my master at his lodgings in the Mistyvale inn, should you have any further questions. I await your response with great anticipation.'
It's message delivered, the energies flicker and die, leaving no evidence that the orb was ever there.

Growls, grunts and curses...
After spending fruitless hours with hundreds of items, at the Witch's shack and at the Ironbrothers Forge, Smoke's skin is even a deeper shade of red than normal. A pair of tongs and a magically glowing ring get thrown across the room. "That is that...I must search out one who would teach."
Gathering his supplies and hastily stuffing them into his pack, he grabs his IronWood Serpent Staff from against the wall, throws his Mithral chain shirt on quickly over his head and bangs out the front door of the Northern Witch's Charm shack. A very determined look crosses his face but no one looks at the quickly moving tiefling, Smoke.

With one blood stained footstep in front of the other, Muertedora slumps against the wall, desperately hoping to catch his breath. He opens up his healer's kit and applies pressure to the deep laceration of his dorsal Soleus muscle. With his palms pressed firmly upon his calf, the young Rogue looks up at a blood smeared notice...
There are more out there who share the same desires as I Muertedora utters under his breath. These many wounds yield me not as many pelts. Muertedora curses towards the wild as he head off to enlist his services in The Order of the Diamond.

A large bat flies into the room carrying something within its clutches. Despite shrieks of protest from occupants inside and much flailing of arms, it drops a scroll with silvery hue on the desk then flies away.
The clerk unfolds the surprisingly smooth material and begins to read.
To whom this letter may reach,
I am interested in collaborating with the Order of the Diamond in an effort to further the magical enchantment and creation of magical items. I have experience with alchemy and small skill in crafting basic items of all kinds. My chosen field of study is magic.

Elvith Tellithe walks up to the clerk's desk with a sealed note held loosely in his left hand. He greets the clerk politely and slips the rolled up note on to the desk. "It's an application to the Order of the Diamond" Elvith nods politely and leaves the room.
The letter reads:
To the order of the diamond,
I am Elvith Tellithe, both a mage and a warrior, and I desire to join the Order to further my studies of both magical and physical crafting. I am skilled with the crafting of armor and weapons, and I have the combat skills required to acquire the rarest of alchemetical ingredients. I can also craft wands of most types, as I am proficient with the use of most known spells. I await your response,
Elvith Tellithe
The letter is signed with a flowing signature and sealed on red wax with an unknown stamp depicting a feather and a sword.
After delivering the letter Elvith leaves the room after bidding the Clerk "Good day."

A note is left by a hooded man cluching a book close to his chest
I am looking for a tutor, one who can teach and aid me in finding out true knowledge in enchantment. I am Cripsis Othion, aid and friend to Justian Sayne. You may find me on the hill opposite the Mistyvale Inn or near the great tree in the market district.

Re: IC: The Order of the Diamond
It is a beautiful day. The sun is shining, the birds are chirping in the trees, and best of all , the barracks are quiet. The handle on the barracks door begins to rattle. Suddenly the door flies open as if hit by a gale force wind! A hulkish man ducks the door frame and slowly strides toward the clerks desk. He hands the clerk a poorly written letter and speaks in a loud voice. "I am Vrok Krain! The note at the gate say to come here to learn how to fix me axe. Me goes to the little man down the road to fix axe, and he make it worse! Vrok is no goin' back to 'em AGAIN! Joo finds somebaadie to teach Vrok!"
The man turns and ducks under the door and walks off into the distance.
The man turns and ducks under the door and walks off into the distance.
He who searches for enlightenment will never find it. He whom walks the path to enlightenment shall surely stumble upon it.

Re: IC: The Order of the Diamond
After Having been waiting for several days for someone to replay to her note and asking diferent adventurers in the city that she partnered with , Sileida comes across the rumor of a crafters guild called "Order of the diamond" , how did she not hear of this before eludes her but it could perfectly be what she has been searching for .
The sun was shining with as much bright as her mood after learned of such thing , with greath rush she head on to the barraks seeking the Clerck to whom she should apply , when she opend the door to the barraks it was as usual , cold , dark , quiet it was not a place she liked to much but now it was the first step in her path , she then walked up to the clerck and spoke with a wide smile.
-Greetings , i am Sileida Mirdowen , ive been told i could come here seeking entrance into the "Order of the diamond" , a place where i could seek further knowledge on crafting , this is my application letter if you may be so kind as to deliver it to them - *she then bows respectfully at the clerck and with a even wider smile in her face she walks out of the building thinking of a brighter future*
The letter reads
Greetings member of the Order of the diamond
My name is Sileida Mirdowen , mage and novice crafter as i reckorn ,i direct myself to you
because i would like to continue my pursue of this fine art but have found that the perfection
could certainly not be achieved on my own , and so i plea my case to you all , i would like to
join your ranks to be able to delve in the knowledge of such a group , and become a part of this
guild dedicated to achieve the miracle of imbuin magic into artifacts , offcourse i do not expect
my entrance would cost nothing , so i have gathered some coin in my travels to back up my
offer , as a mage aprentice i used to run errands for my mentor and i supose i will have to do the
same in this case , so let it be known that i am ready to run tasks if it is nesesary , collect the
items requested of me , and help in whatever way i can , with my magic or even with my intelect
, with no much more to say then i will be waiting for a reply on my aceptance or dismisal if i was not
fit enough for said group, thanks in advance.
Sileida Mirdowen.
