Hey Necro. Obviously first impressions on both sides have gone a little sour, but it doesn't necessarily mean the end of everything.
Give the server rules a whirl
Give the DMs a PM to state your complaint
The WOW attitude is being stomped on at all available moments but it is early days so you're going to have to try and use a bit of restraint until it does.
If you play here for a while you'll find out the PW is very involved, the players RP sweetly and it'll be a lot of fun.
Its worth trying to stay around cos you'll miss alot of good stuff.
EDIT - ooof too late

I don't feel any shame, I won't apologise

Dang! here I got all caught up in the silliness and this guy goes ahead and shames me with kindness. Guess even at 38 I've got some growing up to do.muletang wrote:Hey Necro. Obviously first impressions on both sides have gone a little sour, but it doesn't necessarily mean the end of everything.

easily done mate, after the flames that go on WOW side its hard not to expect it from everywhere these days - you might still be in with a chance mate, so I suggest a quick retreat and apology and all that lovely stuff and a hope for the best - hope you make it

By make one you mean a "Dressing Room"?The Missing Cog wrote:You said you're a scripter, why not just make one? Scripting is universal for the most part, it isn't tied to just one game.
I can script pretty well in NWN2... just not in c++/vb, which is the code you generally use for creating hakpaks.

Seeing as how Obsidian designed the toolset in such a way where choosing an icon is a toss-up between "plainshirt_01 and plainshirt_02", we're in the same boat.Trinn wrote:Yeah! I noticed they added some color description to outfits, but a shame theres no way to actually see what they'd be like on, or even generate a different icon for each :/
1.03 will include icon and load area image viewability!
