I know two people that play Tricksters on Das, and getting HiPS at level 8 means you have level 5,6,7 before that to not die enough to get to 8. Before then, you are aiming for trickster, so you need 5 wizard, 3 rogue. So You can only start AT at level 10, in which you have level 3 wizard spells, 2d6 sneak attack, and HiPS. You have low life, too few spells, and low AC and low AB. I can imagine why its hard. They basically trade HiPS and a bit of sneak attack for level 4 and 5 level spells. So a level 10 AT build doesn't even have stoneskin, can't blast well either, and only really has HiPS. I'll stick to pure wizards myselfsome example... also i dont say only you... when i say my opinnion i rely to ALL previous posts in the thread... Please check what people sait - Trickster is hard... but how can be hard trickster with umd, camouflage wand, tieflling hide affinity, hight dex, and hips can be hard to play? esp when you get all those protective buffs?
Oh and as a tief, wait yet another level.
I'll have to disagree, 19 Sorc, 1 Cleric yes is primarily a Sorc, but is kind of like... A sorc's weird cousin. Just because something synergises well, doesn't mean that it still makes you the original. Even a 10sorc, 10 ASoC(Something that truly synergises), isn't truly a Sorc, just a Sorc's bigger better brother. This is not aimed to be mega power build.. just role experiement.. and it is still sorcerror.
Still spell is feature that is most viable with sorcerer (because wiz synergies with dex based classes), and Sorcerer synergies with Divine Shield/Might classes. 19 Sor 1 Cle is Sor.
