Attempts at drawing on a pc

[Stringless Puppet]

I looked at some of the art here and was quite suprised at the talent around here. Honestly mad me feel awkward about my own art, which is a good thing in many ways. Prepare to meet my lack of knowledge to proportions!

The first one is quite nice, the shading around the eyes and neck causes me to think of shadows. My main comment on it though, would be that if they are shadows (And not skin tone differences) that they may be better off having a direction. They seem a bit... aimless since they are heavily on both the right and left sides of the face. I like the left side more since it seems more like the light source is on the right side. Still a nice piece of work.

The second one looks nice, but I think it should be sized down, it seems a bit pixelated at this resolution. Still, well drawn fingers that look realistic. My only suggestion would be that some of the white handed fingers could use more knuckle lines.

Nevertheless, these are quite well done Stringless Puppet, keep up the good work.
