The second zone of the bugbear cave, where the undead dwaves and necros are, when you zone in to fight the boss, you cannot take any pre-existing pets with you through that transition. They get stuck in the foyer area until you resummon them.
Same problem zoning back as well.
Placeable transitions don't bring pets/summons/companions
