Public Proclamation
The 'Black Knights' are no longer allowed to guard the gates of the city. Any member found to be disobeying this order will be asked to leave. If they do not comply they will be placed under arrest by Section 11, Paragraph 3, Subparagraph 1 of the notable laws. This condition may be lifted upon the cooperation of the leader in providing a roster of all members.

Cythis walks by the posting and starts smiling and thinks, "Dear Brother Azzelas, what have you gotten yourself into?"
Come, ye humans and sons of Rian, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Illythiiri
