Looking for Euro Players - Weekly Group

Looking to start an RP group that meets once a week/maybe twice a week during the evenings - UTC/GMT +3 hours.

I'd like this group to have a common theme and a running storyline that could affect the overall campaign story. We can talk about the details once we set a date.

Yeah, it would be cool to get involved in what other people are doing, but I don't know what times anyone meets. I'd like to do something other than the Stormbeards (I have Isaac, he's enough for me). I was considering maybe doing a duergar clan.

Sounds like a good initiative for RP and whatnot. I am game. Arry's the name and you can find her IC'ly at the Misty, in her room upstairs and in bed, being sick due to various reasons best left unexplained here.

But, yes. As said. I am game for creating storylines or just plain old RP as we know it.

In any case, who knows what will come of such a delightful initiative?

I would be up for a weekly euro-timed group. As for the theme, we could us this thread for some brainstorming. Here comes my first idea:

Some young, idealistic and pro-varanite men and women, coming from old Varana to the troubled province of Cear to help out their beloved emperor. We could all be evil, yeah!!!

We could develop the Varanite side. I like the family idea of a group. I thought maybe we could be nobles who have come to Cear for the wedding of one of our own who is arranged to marry a Dasarian. OR we could be Telkmar barbarians. OR we could be a member of some sect of whatever deity we choose. OR....I dunno. I have a few characters that are in the 8-12 range that could be a good place to start. I think Themes are more fun to get things going, though.

Haven't been around as much as I'd like lately, been crazy busy, but I love to barge in on some planned-ahead group-goodness like this. Depends on what level characters you're looking for, though...I'm toying with the idea of rerolling from the start altogether, so I might be a bit squishy for anything proper...

Well, we could all reroll and do a theme group or we could try to find characters near the same level and see what happens. The point though would be to stay near the same level throughout, which means limiting the xp your character gets outside of the group.

I am in favour of completely fresh and new characters, preferably with a theme. Even if the theme is something stupid and absurd like undead-loving halflings ... wait ...

I could do Sunday nights probably. What do you guys thinking about doing a McGinty gnome clan? I can fill you in on my general outline of McGinty history! They're not all annoying Turds like Titus, but some are! They're kinda like hillbillies who live in a village who's major export is beats.
