Weal Moonbow slipped into the shadows outside the temple of Lochwar in Thrall's Gate, intent on selling information about the traitor Malekyth and the Tel'Gothrim Thradrin to the Lochwarians. Entering the temple and moving past the attendants, Weal made her way to a back room seeking Methos the Exemplar who had signs posted about Malekyth and Thradrin. Silently Weal opened a door, slipped inside, and closed the door. She heard a number of voices. Cautiously Weal took up a position in the room where she overheard an odd proceeding.
Exemplar Methos questioned Malekyth about his status as commander of a group called the White Dragons or some such. It was established that the title "Commander" was legitimate. It was also established that Malekyth had "defended the honor" of a half-orc when said h'orc was beset by a Disciple and Initiate of Lochwar intent on ridiculing him. Evidently words had been exchanged and the Disciple and Initiate brought this to the attention of their master, Methos. Over time Commander Malekyth was mentally laid bare through accusations and taunts. He cracked.
Exemplar Methos offered Malekyth two options. Execution or reeducation. At the mention of "reeducation" Weal's thoughts turned ugly with her imagination filling in many evil details of what this could mean. Methos went on to specify two tasks for Commander Malekyth Bloodmane to complete. First was to have the White Dragons slay the Tel'Gothrim known as Thradrin. Second was to act as a double agent against Bart Aers. A broken man, Malekyth named members of the renegade Culnulite organization. He went on to state that Bart Aers seeks lichdom. Hardly a surprise to Weal given Bart's well known exploits.
It appeared that the important Lochwarian business was complete so Weal departed the temple of Lochwar as she had entered, undetected.

Re: Weal or Eow
Weal contemplated what to do with the information she was now privy to. In her time as the assassin "Eow", Weal had seen the Moonbows wiped out by a plague that conveniently left the Moonbow name and background for her to use as a cover while travelling in Cear. The organization that commanded her loyalty at the time was likely behind the plague as Weal no longer believed in coincidence in such matters. The Lochwarians seemed to Weal to be at least as dangerous as her former masters. "Perhaps", she thought, "I should confer with my patron regarding this?" Weal meditated for a time, holding a holy symbol of Nuarari in her steepled hands, and smiled as she rose from her lotus position. "The soldier ant hills in the Rian are the answer", Weal thought. When the homestead of a Rian with woodcraft skill was beset by at least two ant mounds, the Rian would shovel out a scoop of dirt from each mound and place it in another mound. The resulting chaos among the ants would lead to war. Once the ant mounds were devastated by war, it was a simple matter to finish off the survivors using herbal poisons.
Please with her solution, Weal set about locating Thradrin Greth in his usual campsite.

Re: Weal or Eow
Thradrin stood gazing over the hills to the north of cear, thralls gate was visible in the distance beset by red armoured lochwarians busy at work buzzing around, thradrin started to comtemplate this before noticing a shifting colour from the corner of his eyes.
Starting, he piked up his bow and spun around, it was his acquiantance Weal Moonbow.
"Weal, a pleasure as always."
Weal seemed to thradrin out of breath and flushed in the face.
Without greetings she exclaimed. "Thradrin, follow me, we must talk, this place is not safe from prying eyes and wandering ears."
They ran east.

Re: Weal or Eow
Weal and Thradrin met in an abandoned farmhouse.
Weal turned to Thradrin. "The course of our lives can be changed. I was, I am, Evil but I do not wish to be. I have caused much pain and misery but do not delight in it as some do. I have found a patron who seeks to make Dasaria a better place for all. You need not maintain the present course of your life. It is up to you to choose who you will be."

Re: Weal or Eow
Thradrin pondered this, following the course of his life he had not been on good terms with the gods, he was faithless and hadnt thought about anything but greed. This Weal, she is different from others he had met, she does not fear me, she has no qualms about past deeds and doesnt judge from my previous actions. Thradrin thought about the life he has led, for a while it has been almost confusing, many sides, all with similar goals, he was caught up between them all, the messenger for one, and the target for another. Thradrin felt intrigued, but retained his sombre demeanour and looked at Weal, she seemed to have a new light about her, perhaps this patron has a plan to restore some balance.

"The patron seeks evolution rather than revolution by facilitating good actions while hindering evil ones. Each of these activities is something you can contribute to, should you choose. Donate gold to benefit the orphans in the docks or draw recruiters of the Church of Lochwar away from North Cear for a time. Each of these actions will help Cear be better than yesterday. You cannot change the past but you can help build a better tomorrow. That is what the patron said to me and my life has changed. My past is a nightmare of Coloth and my future is a pleasant dream of Nuarari." Weal faded into the shadows, rubbing the edge of one eye. "I must go. The patron has other tasks for me. Find your heart and everything else will follow."
Weal's departure was as stealthy as her arrival.

Re: Weal or Eow
Thradrin watches Weal dissapear into the shadows, staring ahead of him for some time he begins to think. My orders and choices have given myself and others nothing but grief, if this patron can help me the same way it has helped Weal.....
Then perhaps i have some work to do.
Thradrin quickly makes his way to Morrel, believing he would need supplies he heads straight for his old hideout, grabbing all he can he goes to make a quick departure, stopping at the door he then turns around and scrawls on a piece of parchment left on the wartable.
Understand this, Canas has blackened my heart and mind, i go to repent my sins and with my new patron forge a better Dasaria, search for me if you will, but you will not find me, see me, hear me or do harm to myself or any others while i have the power to stop it, withdraw yourself Aers, Canas does not share power. Greth.
After staring at the parchment for some time, Thradrin turns and leaves,"Time to pay Theurge a small visit" he murmurs.
The night air blowing at his face, his red eyes almost glowing in the full moon, he darts into the shadows and makes his way north.

Re: Weal or Eow
After reading the note left on the table, Bart paused for a few seconds, then gave a small shrug of his shoulders as if to say 'Oh well' before sending the parchment up in flames.
