if a rogue hate that spell that much , they could just use a little scroll to dispel it if they plan to do something if its releated with Hips,
First:
Rogue: d20 + 5
Wizard: d20 + 20.

Who's going to win usually?

Second:
True Seeing = Immunity to sneak attack unless you're flanked. That's ridiculously powerful.
