Buddy of mine wants to play, but we can't find it anywhere including Atari's website. It's not even on steam anymore.

Currently unavailable online... from what I can gather Atari lost their publishing rights to DnD games, and it looks like that includes nwn2. Seems to have been pulled from all of the main online distributors. Save your cd keys folks, because it seems once they're gone you're going to have a hell of a time getting new ones.

As you've seen, digital copies seem to be pulled. You can still get hard copies through online stores but it'll probably only last until stock runs out.

Target has NWN1+All Expansions, NWN2+All Expansions together for $20 if you can find it.

Horrible. Now its going to be much harder to convince people to play :(

I knew I should'a grabbed an extra copy during the Winter sale.

GoG has NWN1 plat for $10. Not quite what you're looking for though.

I had this same problem. Such a headache! The only downloadable version I could find was a Neverwinter complete pack. $30 for NWN and NWN2 + expansions.

  • Yeah, I looked there too. But if you look closely, there's nowhere to actually BUY the item, and there's a little "Alert me on release" tag next to the product. Also, if you type in the search bar Neverwinter Nights to look for available releases, you get some unrelated game.
    But, I guess yours could be different based on country lines though, I dunno. o-O
