Caracters changing alignments

I was playing Vicarim Pisket in Morell he is Chaotic/good ..his alignmnt stats at level 12 were 38 chaotic 62 good..he was in Morell, and leveled..I wanted him to level him to 2 warlock but several times was told character has too many feats..but when I leveled him to 9 sorcerer he gained 2 feats which were accepted..once finished leveling..I checked his alignment and it said the he was 100 good 0 chaotic..how could he lose so much chotic alignment in 1 level? and how the hell do I get him back to where he should be?
